VAICO Timing Chain Kit

---

VAICO timing chains are made of a metal alloy that can withstand all loads. In addition to tensile strength and fatigue strength, wear resistance is one of the most important quality features.

---

Precision-engineered chain links and pins ensure minimal elongation and permanent synchronization stability

---

Wear-optimized guide rails made of high-strength polymers reduce friction losses and minimize running noise

---

Hydraulic chain tensioners with exact damping characteristics ensure optimal chain tension in all load conditions

---

Hardened sprockets with exact tooth geometry guarantee loss-free torque transmission and long service life

---

---

ACKOJA chain tensioners are designed to ensure consistent function at all times and under any load. Thanks to their high fitting accuracy, they are easy to install. For damping and noise minimization, the timing chain is guided over slide rails made of high-quality plastic. These have a resistant surface coating with high emergency running properties. The slide rails themselves are made of high-performance thermoplastic. The camshaft and crankshaft gears are manufactured with extreme precision. The end tips of the gears are specially shaped and treated to minimize wear.
