| The intake manifold module and the associated servomotor are pre-assembled, synchronized and finally subjected to a 100% functional test by VIEROL quality management. This procedure ensures that the complete intake manifold module can be taught to the vehicle's engine management system without any problems. This eliminates the possibility of repeated incorrect settings when installing the adjustment element with the intake module. The workshop is now able to install the component in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications; time-consuming testing and conversion of the adjustment element is no longer necessary. The customer is offered a high-quality solution at original equipment level. |
